Delosperma

It belongs to the family Aizoaceae and it originates from South Africa. It is a dwarf succulent very branched and it produces many flowers, similar to little red, yellow, white daisies that open up with the sunlight and shut with the dark. Leaves are fleshy, thin and elongated, even if the vegetation never reaches excessive dimensions making it ideal for long flowering and very resistant borders. The variety “Cooperi” is famous for its peculiar big and fuxia flowers and because it is a perennial plant.
